My encounter with Brent Winebrenner

Well next up in the video classes that I was invited by Tom Maddrey to attend was a photographer named, Brent Winebrenner. His subject was, “How to Get Published”. I don’t know how Tom finds these people but Wow! This photographer has been in 50 countries and has art all over the internet. Tom will be producing these videos to be online instructional classes. And I got to be one of the persons out of camera range that helped to engage the speaker. That is quite a talent you know. You have to stay awake, be present to absorb the information, spot things that the production guys miss and be very interested in the speaker which wasn’t hard to do. It was pure fun and I got so much good info from it all.

Besides being a talented photographer with all his stories of what he had to go through in life to get were he is now, Brent is a kind, humble and gentle person. He obviously researched his material extensively. I think he and Art Wolfe would hit it off very well. I have been invited to email him anytime with any information I need. What a mentor to have!
